While we prefer communication in English, we also speak German, Spanish, Russian, and Ukrainian.
We use Simplex to ensure secure and reliable data transmission. Simplex provides one-way-to-two communication, reducing interception risks and enhancing security. This approach is especially important for sensitive data like payment info and personal details, as it minimizes third-party interference and offers better control over data transfer.

Why don’t we use Telegram?
Our communication system mainly relies on desktop applications, and since Telegram has not supported end-to-end encryption ("Secret Chats") on its desktop platform since its initial release, we consider it insecure for transmitting sensitive information such as payments and private data. Neither bots nor standard chats provide end-to-end encryption. Additionally, we avoid using mobile devices due to the potential risks posed by hardware backdoors stemming from complex manufacturing supply chains.
