Terms of Participation: Anyone can create and perform exchange operations on our platform. We do not discriminate or refuse service for any reason.
Rates and Fees: The exchange rate is fixed at the time of order creation, and it is also updated and locked in when the deposit is received and the exchange process begins. Rates are updated according to fluctuations in the cryptocurrency market.
Payment by the Client: Users can send any amount to our wallet addresses; we cannot control this process technically. We provide the wallet, and user actions are their responsibility. The minimum deposit amount must meet the established limit for the selected direction. If not followed – the deposit will not be processed, and the funds will be lost. The maximum deposit amount must not exceed the set limit. In this case, we process only the maximum allowable amount; the remaining amount will be lost. Information about minimum and maximum balances is displayed before performing the exchange operation.
Our Payment: We make payouts to the client as soon as the received amount reaches the required number of network confirmations and matches our minimum and maximum conversion limits. The information about minimum limit, maximum limit, expected deposit and payout amount is displayed to users before creating an order and during operations.
Refunds: Refund operations are fully automated and are carried out within a few hours. The system sends funds while deducting the network fee (cost of one transfer transaction of tokens/coins).
Support: To create support requests, clients must use the private Simplex messenger, with the link to the chat available on the Contact page. Support chat can also provide specific information related to the exchange operation. Response time depends on current workload and should not exceed 12 hours.
Prohibited Jurisdictions: None (we cannot determine the client's country, as IP logging is disabled, and none of our software components process such information).

We do not collect client metadata. IP address logging is disabled at all points of our service: reverse proxies, cache servers, and API servers. Information about exchange directions, such as sender/receiver/refund addresses, is deleted from our system after 15 days.
